I have found a few more examples of guitar software. These are all supposed to help with learning chords.

Guitar Chord Groover
With this nifty gadget you can save and print your own tabs and even play them on your computer.
The program has real sounds and a two-handed animated display to help with chord changes, with major, minor and 7ths chords. The solo note editor teaches you the fretboard while you play. YGS Guitar Chords Help System
This is a guitar chord help system with more than 600 chord tabs, 37 chord types, 1122 chord letter-and-numeric names (for example Am) in this version. It is useful for beginners and advanced guitarists. The program works on Windows XP/2000/2003. Get it here.
